Accessibility statement
Updated: 30 November 2025
The following accessibility statement applies to the website www.fuenf-zu-eins.de, operated by the German Federal Cultural Foundation.
As a public sector body, we strive to ensure that our website complies with the accessibility provisions as mandated in Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and as specified in the Act on Equal Opportunities of Persons with Disabilities (BGG) and the Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0).
Status of compliance with accessibility requirements
The requirements pertaining to accessibility are provided in §3 (1-4) and §4 BITV 2.0, which were issued in accordance with §12d BGG.
A simplified review of the website www.fuenf-zu-eins.de carried out in August 2025, it was determined that the website did not fully comply with the accessibility requirements as put forth in the Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0).
Since then, the accessibility of the website has been further optimised. A second evaluation to assess compliance with the regulations is currently in progress.
